RILEY BETTINGER

This past month we brought on a new team member, so please join with us and welcome our newest addition, Riley Bettinger! Riley will be serving in the role of project coordinator helping assist our pre-construction team and our project managers with all our construction administration needs.

Riley is 28 years old and currently resides in Lynnwood, WA. He grew up and was raised in the Bothell/Kirkland area. He attended Cedar Park Christian school and after graduation applied for and was accepted to WSU. Riley graduated from WSU in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in business and communications.

After graduation he relocated to the San Deigo area to work as a luxury apartment leasing agent at UDR. He spent 2 years there learning about property management and got his first taste in the leasing world. After 2 years he decided to move back to washington and eventually got hired on at Coast Property Management as a commercial real estate broker. Riley spent the next 2 years developing his skills as a boker, learning the ins and outs of helping tenants negotiate and execute leasing for their net spaces.

An opening for a Sr. Facilities Coordinator became available at a sister company of Coast’s, called Coast Workplace Solutions. There Riley again spent 2 years learning about how to facilitate and support business with their facility and maintenance needs.

That brings us to the present. We had a need for some additional support in our construction administration department and Riley was referred to us by our connections over at CWS. With his experience and knowledge of the real estate, leasing, and facilities maintenance industries, we knew he was going to be a great fit with our team. We are one month in and Riley is already learning and expanding his skill sets a mile a minute.

Riley is really looking forward to being able to continue his growth, education and knowledge of the construction industry and is excited to be able to learn how construction and real estate really go hand in hand. He cites his favorite thing about working at CPM so far has been the people, culture and environment he experiences on a daily basis at the office. “It’s very family oriented and everyone who works here is truly genuine and share not only a knowledge base but a passion for partnering with people, through construction, to help them achieve their goals and dreams.”

We couldn’t have said it any better Riley! We are very excited about the future and your being apart of the team here at CPM. Here’s to the future!
