Aditi Yoga & Wellness

Aditi Yoga & Wellness is a beautiful yoga studio located in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle. In fact, it’s located in the historic Wallingford Center. This space previously housed 2 different tenants, a clothing retail space and a children’s hair salon. We were able to combine both spaces to make this space much more functional for the owner. Two beautiful studio spaces, one large and one small, both feature large original wood pane windows that look out to the Wallingford neighborhood. They both also feature refinished original hardwoods. Needless to say, there are vibes for days when you take a class here! One of the most challenging parts of this project was adding two bathrooms to their space. Currently, most of the tenants in this building share a common restroom on the first floor. So adding water and waste, above a pharmacy, and venting the exhaust through the side of a historic building, was no small feat. BUT, we made it happen and we think they turned out killer! We can’t say enough about how proud we are of how this space turned out vs. the challenges we were up against to build it in the first place. Just goes to show that determination and grit can take you far these days.
