Everett Office Building

CPM has done many projects for the building owner at the Everett Office Building located in Everett, WA. This project was officially the largest completed to date at this location for a new tenant. The majority of the second floor was converted into a class A office space for a government agency. The project started with major demolition of the existing office space configuration. all debris had to be taken off site via trash chute. The newly constructed walls all had to go to structure as they required a great deal of sound mitigation so that highly classified and private conversations would not travel between offices. New finishes included all new ceiling assemblies, carpet tiles, doors & windows, paint, and LED light fixtures. Lots of custom casework and solid surface tops are featured throughout the space as well.  Rounding out the  scope of work included a high security  server room, key card entry and upgrades security surveillance systems throughout. Needless to say, the building owner and tenant were quite happy with the end result from and aesthetic and functional standpoint.
