F45 Training – Lynnwood
Project Description
In 2019, CPM completed a fitness gym project in Lynnwood called Superfit. Little did we know that our work and progress was being watched by another fitness client nearby. When the time came for bids, the franchisee for the Lynnwood F45 Training location reached out to CPM and inquired about having us price their build out.
What is F45? Born in Australia, F45 training merges 3 separate leading-edge fitness training styles into one 45-minute functional training class.The F stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement. 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun.
Over the past 6 months we have worked very closely with the franchisee, the landlord and the design team to get the project designed exactly the way needs to be to function properly and all for the right cost. We are excited for this new location and are very pleased with the final outcome.
