Lynnwood Orthodox Presbyterian Church
Project Description
CPM was invited to bid on this church expansion project back in 2018 which included a new ground-up second building, a breeze way between the two buildings, and new site work that includes parking lot, landscaping and site lighting. After initial bids came in, the church decided to change the design due to costs. CPM stayed engaged with the church throughout their entire redesign process and in the fall of 2019 was invited to re-bid the project. CPM was selected in the spring of 2020 to be the GC of record on the project and we are currently going through some additional VE pricing with the church in an attempt to brings costs down. Construction is slated to potentially start in the fall of 2020. Stay tuned for more updates
