The landlord of this commercial building in Monroe has had CPM as their facilities maintenance provider for many years. When it was discovered that the exterior stucco facade of the building was failing and being water damaged due to weather, we were the first ones they turned to for help. To say this was an ugly job is an understatement, as the entire stucco system and plywood underlayment had to be removed and replaced. Not to mention severe windstorms delayed and caused damage to the project in the middle of the duration. However, like always, our CPM team and our subcontractors persevered through the adversity and in the end, a beautiful and sleek face lift has been delivered.
