Dr. Steve Kreutz grew up in the PNW, graduating from Mariner High School. He originally started his career working for Boeing. After suffering an injury that sent him to a chiropractor, he got to witness and experience first hand the results of the care, and decided he wanted to become a chiropractor himself. After finishing some undergraduate study locally, he packed up and went to Iowa to attended the prestigious Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa – graduating in June 1995. He immediately went to work in a multi-doctor clinic in Bothell, WA, where he remained until making the decision to open his own practice in June 2009. Together with his wife Christi, they opened Mukilteo Chiropractic Clinic out of a desire to serve the people in the community near his home.
10 years into their own practice, Steve and Christi were looking to make a move to a better business park that had an attentive landlord, more foot traffic and most importantly better work flow and square footage. After an initial phone conversation and site visit, CPM was able to come along side them and provide upfront budget pricing on this new space to aid with their decision to lease it. We even made a referral to a great broker who helped them negotiate an even better lease! After the lease was signed and pricing was complete, we went to work doing what we do best.
Upon entering the new lobby, you’ll find a comfortable waiting area, complete with custom reception desk. As you venture down the hallway, 3 new rooms were framed out. An office for handling the back end of the business, a treatment room for private practice and an X-Ray room for those patients that need additional imaging to diagnose and prepare a treatment plan. Once you reach the end of the wall way you’ll enter into a large open treatment area, completed with adjustment tables and wall mounted iPads. This area allows for different types of rehabilitation programs to be completed without being confined to a small office space. The back of the space is completed with a single ADA restroom and another office that doubles as the IT room.
Needless to say, the finished product speaks volumes for their next season of business. We are extremely happy with how this space turned out and we know they will love it for years to come.
