In 2022, CPM completed a TI for a specialty coffee shop / bakery in Snohomish for Legacy Coffee. The owner bought the building after it was originally constructed a decade prior to replicate a British train station and then sat empty. This allowed this build-out to be the first-generation tenant. The existing exterior and interior brick walls, wood rafter beams and architectural windows give this space a unique charm. The interior build-out consisted of anew custom coffee bar, self-serve station, dining area, private event room, office space, mechanical/storage mezzanine, restrooms and a full commercial kitchen.
