CPM was chosen to provide design-build-assist for a distinctive mixed-use project in the historical core of downtown Arlington. This unique endeavor involved the comprehensive remodel and repurposing of a turn-of-the-century building, blending its historical charm with modern functionality.
Our work encompassed a range of tasks: converting a retail studio into storage space, dividing one residential unit into three additional units, and updating interior finishes. We also replaced exterior elements such as roof, painting, doors, windows, and renovated the existing canopy.
The successful completion of this project not only rejuvenated the building's aesthetics but also significantly contributed to the community by providing additional long-term affordable housing options.
