In 2020, South Fork Baking Company was the first business to officially sign a lease at the Port of Everett’s Waterfront Place.
With much anticipation, South Fork Baking Co partnered with CPM to bring their new bakery to life. Offering an assortment of delicious baked goods from pastries to cakes, South Fork Baking Co brings vibrant energy and a place to gather at the Everett waterfront.
CPM successfully completed the TI, including rough and finish carpentry, installing doors and windows, installing finishes, and plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. CPM is proud to have partnered with another business owner at the Everett Waterfront Place.
