BackCPM partnered with Bon Appétit Bakery to deliver a Parisian-inspired café and bakery in
downtown Bellevue. The project transformed a street-level space within a mixed-use building
into a highly curated retail environment, blending arched architectural features, black-and-gold
finishes, and custom millwork with modern hospitality systems. Working from detailed
renderings, CPM executed the design with precision to reflect the brand’s upscale, European
aesthetic.
The scope included full interior buildout, specialty equipment integration, and a back-of-house
layout tailored for daily baking operations. Despite the tight footprint, the space supports both
efficient production and an elevated customer experience—resulting in a striking, highfunctioning
neighborhood destination that celebrates Bon Appétit’s artisan identity.
