CPM is proud to announce the successful completion of a Domino’s tenant improvement (TI) project in Shoreline, WA, delivered for the state’s largest Domino’s franchisee. Serving as the general contractor, our team transformed a former 7-Eleven into a modern, high-efficiency Domino’s location built to meet the brand’s strict national design, layout, and operational standards. This project reflects CPM’s ability to deliver high-quality commercial spaces tailored to the needs of nationally recognized brands while supporting local franchise growth.
The scope of work included full demolition, upgraded utilities, and construction of a new layout optimized for high-volume delivery and carryout service. CPM managed all phases of the build—from site preparation through final finishes and inspections—while coordinating closely with ownership, subcontractors, and inspectors. The project required precise execution of MEP systems, installation of commercial kitchen infrastructure, and integration of owner-furnished equipment, all aligned with Domino’s operational requirements.
With a strong local presence in Snohomish County and extensive experience in quick-service restaurant construction, CPM delivered a compact, high-performing store ready for immediate operation. Understanding that time is critical for franchise owners, our team prioritized efficient scheduling, clear communication, and quality workmanship throughout the project. The result is a polished, high-functioning space that supports streamlined operations in a busy retail corridor and reinforces CPM’s commitment to reliable, performance-driven construction solutions.
