CPM is a preferred Jersey Mike’s network contractor and have complete fast-casual restaurant TI buildouts for multiple Jersey Mike’s franchisees. These TIs are traditionally built in single story retail strip buildings. Existing conditions are typically a grey or vanilla shell at turnover. The build-outs consist of the kitchen, restrooms, office, ordering and dining areas.
