CPM was selected to provide design-build-assist services for the transformation of a longstanding anchor restaurant at Alderwood Mall into Baekjeong Korean BBQ, a renowned leader in the Korean BBQ industry across the US.
This project involved an impressive design concept that redefined the dining experience while being constructed at an occupied mall during the winter holiday season. The restaurant boasts over 50 table grills equipped with its own gas, grease, and exhaust system, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. The space also features private dining rooms, a high-end bar, and upgraded restrooms. A key highlight is the meat cooler, alongside an expansive, efficiently designed kitchen. The restaurant's exterior was completely upgraded, resulting in a captivating dining experience.
