BackCPM was chosen from a competitive group of local GCs to respond to the RFP for the LifePoint Church project. We were privileged to be selected as the partner to provide comprehensive Pre-Construction and Construction Services.
The project entailed a ground-up expansion to create a new 400-seat auditorium, equipped with state-of-the-art audio, visual, lighting, and media systems.
Additionally, a new youth wing was constructed, alongside tenant improvements in the existing lobby, office, and common hallway areas. The exterior underwent significant upgrades, including landscaping, parking lot enhancements, roofing, siding, painting, and new windows and doors.
This transformation not only revitalized the church's facilities but also significantly improved its functional capabilities to serve its community.
