BackCPM was chosen to provide design-build-assist services for a unique project in a historic building located in the heart of Everett, WA. This project involved the transformation of the building into a three-story office and co-working space, providing all necessary amenities for a
modern working environment. The project included the design and buildout of private office spaces, co-working spaces, a conference room, phone booths, utility rooms, common lounge area, a kitchen, and a restroom equipped with a shower.
Unique to this project are the recording/podcast rooms, offering state-of-the-art facilities for digital content creation. Additionally, a bar area and a rooftop party deck add a leisure and entertainment aspect, making this space not just a workplace but a community hub.
