Our team has a strong relationship with a repeat architect who recommended us to Madison Temple Church in Seattle. The 1890s building was relocated in the 1940s, but years of rainwater damage caused significant structural and seismic issues.
CPM was selected at the outset and
assisted with design, budgeting, and pricing. Despite unexpected conditions causing timeline delays, we delivered a new commercial kitchen, refreshed fellowship hall, kids' classrooms, restrooms, and offices that exceeded the church's expectations and will serve their
congregation for years to come.
Additionally, CPM is currently working with the church on a ph.2 to modernize their Sanctuary and foyer in anticipation for their 100 year anniversary celebration, scheduled for summer 2026.
