CPM oversaw the Design, Permitting, and Budgeting services for a critical project after the client parted ways with their previous developer. Our involvement was pivotal in securing funding and obtaining necessary permits.
The project featured the construction of two new ground-up multi-family buildings, complete with comprehensive site development, including utility installations and a fire protection system. Building 1, a 4-plex, 3-story townhomes, each with its own garage. Building 2, a mixed-use structure with commercial space, including 2-story condominium including a garage.
