CPM was selected from a distinguished group of local General Contractors to respond to the RFP for the Mill Creek Foursquare Church project. After advancing to the interview stage, we were honored to be chosen as the partner to provide both Pre-Construction and Construction Services.
This project encompasses a comprehensive scope, including selective demolition, remodeling, and updating the finishes of the original church structure, as well as a two-story expansion featuring new classrooms, offices, a full commercial kitchen, a fireside room, and a new lobby.
A highlight of this project is an expansive hospitality and coffee bar area, further enhancing the church's community offerings.
