BackCPM began their partnership with WaFd bank by completing this TI, in their home town of Snohomish. The project was a relocation from an existing building in town, into this larger more convenient location.
This former bank space was modernized through a full interior refresh including new non-structural wall reconfiguration, ceiling modifications, lighting upgrades, updated finishes, custom casework, and fixture enhancements, while coordinating owner furnished banking, security, signage, and furniture elements.
The renovated space includes customer-facing banking areas, conference and office spaces, break room, teller line, ATM/night drop integration, and associated support spaces, creating a refreshed branch environment aligned with WaFd Bank’s local banking experience and service-focused brand.
