This CPM Tenant Improvement - TI project included interior demolition, new architectural buildout, upgraded electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems, a new restroom, break room, updated finishes, storefront improvements, and branded lobby and member experience elements throughout the space. The completed facility delivers on a comfortable environment for this customer's clientele.
