BackIn 2023, CPM was chosen as the awarded General Contractor for the new main campus of RockCreek Church in Arlington, WA. Having built a strong relationship with the pastoral team through various smaller projects at their current Marysville location, CPM emerged as the obvious choice to lead this significant project using our “Team Build” approach.
We carefully selected and assembled the architect and MEP design/build subcontractors, working in tandem with the church’s chosen AVL vendor. The project includes reconfiguring the existing sanctuary, expanding restroom facilities, remodeling and expanding the children’s wing, creating a new main entrance and lobby, upgrades to all MEP systems, the addition of a fire sprinkler system and enhancing and enlarging the parking area.
