BackCPM partnered with a national franchisee to deliver a new Pet Supplies Plus location at Cross Court Plaza in Burlington, WA. The 6,000 SF tenant improvement transformed an existing retail shell into a full-service pet store with grooming services. Work included complete interior demolition, MEP upgrades, installation of franchise-specified finishes, and integration of retail display systems, pet wash stations, and back-of-house operations.
The team coordinated closely with corporate vendors and consultants to align with brand standards while navigating local permitting and site-specific constraints.
The result is a clean, functional space built for high-volume retail and pet care—executed on schedule and tailored to the needs of both customers and their four-legged companions.
